Typography and Editorial Design

This project was created as the final assignment for my Typography II course, in which we were tasked with designing a travel guide magazine focused on a specific state. While the publication’s written content was provided, we were responsible for developing the visual direction, typographic hierarchy, and overall layout system. For this project, I drew inspiration from Constructivist design principles to reflect Michigan’s industrial history, urban character, and lived-in atmosphere.
